Tina Petriella - CEO
With over 20 years of customer service experience, Tina Petriella understands what it takes to make a business successful and customers satisfied. A former executive assistant to the VP of Operations, Tina understands how to work well with executives while being able to work alone to get the job done. With an educational background in psychology, and striving to earn an MBA, Tina is honing her skills to understand the consumer mind to better market your company and products. Her personal achievements have included creating a procedure manual for a customer service position for a trucking company, ability to learn any database system, niche work as a personal assistant to residential and commercial real estate agents, along with being an instructor for real estate database use for cold calling and data entry. Tina’s duties as CEO include working with clients to negotiate the best package for your company, create the most comprehensive marketing strategy possible, run effective social media campaigns, and other tasks.
Shannon McKee - Back Office
A six year freelancing veteran, Shannon McKee is able to handle a wide variety of back office tasks. A graduate of Kaplan University with a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on HR, Shannon is a firm believer in continuing education. Classes in social media marketing and coding are just two educational opportunities that she is currently taking advantage of today to improve her skills to make her more versatile. Shannon is always ready to work on the next project. Most duties that Shannon tackles within Busi Virtual Business Support are article writing, website design, and other behind the scenes tasks.
